But Beowulf did not want to stay in one place for too long. After saying goodbye to Hrothgar and his men, he returned to his ship with his companions. Together they sailed away, ready to explore new lands and face new challenges that would test Beowulf’s strength and courage once again.

The day after Beowulf defeated Grendel, everyone in the Danish kingdom was happy and safe. The people in Heorot celebrated and told stories about Beowulf, the brave hero who had saved them. King Hrothgar held a big feast and thanked Beowulf for his bravery. Beowulf was proud, but he stayed humble. He spent the day talking with Hrothgar and the men, sharing stories about his adventures. In the evening, he looked at the sea, thinking about new places to explore and new challenges to face.
