PPF Criteria
Diagnostic Criteria (≥2 required within 1 year) 1. Worsening Respiratory Symptoms
- Increasing dyspnea
- Persistent, progressive cough
2. Relative Decline in Lung Function
- FVC: absolute reduction of ≥5%
- DLCO: ≥10% decline in absolute value from baseline
3. Radiologic Progression on HRCT
- Increasing fibrosis
- Worsening traction bronchiectasis
- Development or expansion of honeycombing
