Sharing the Gospel

What is the gospel?

The Gospel is the good news that God created us for a relationship with Him, but we all have sinned, breaking that relationship and deaserving death.

God's love/plan:

God's plan for us was for us to be in perfect, haroumous relationship with him because he loves us so much! Ephesians 1:4 says, "For he chose us in him, before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless in love before him". This verse is saying that God chose us and sealed us before the begining of time, which shows how much he really wanted to be in realtionship with us. This ultimatly shows God's unfailing love for us.

Sin and seperation

Sin entered the world through the disobedience of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden and has been passed down to all of humanity. Because of this "original sin," all people are born with a sinful nature.

For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of godRomans 3:23

Jesus' Atonement

Romens 5:8 "But God provides his own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

His voluntary sacrifice to pay for the sins and suffering of humanity, allowing for the forgiveness of sins, resurrection from death, and reconciliation with God.

Repentance/faith

Romans 10: 9"If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and belive in your heart that God raised him from the dead you will be saved". This verse is saying that all you have to do to be saved is confess that you are a sinner and belive that Jesus died on the cross for our sins.

To have a relation ship with God you have to trust in Him and belive in Him the one and only God. God loves you even when you make mistakes but you should try to live by the ways of God. Romens 9:10 says, "If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." God loves you 💝
