Diagnóstico inicial (30 min): Revisión de datos sobre brecha digital en su región (uso de Biblioteca Virtual).

La biblioteca virtual del municipio Nicolás Ruiz, no se encuentra en funcionamiento, ya que las maquinas se encuentran descompuestas.
Por ello es importante gestionar con el presidente municipal y CONECULTA para que brinden apoyo de mantenimiento a las computadoras.
El centro de computo del COBACH 54 DE Nicolás Ruiz, Chiapas, cuenta con una sala de computo para enseñar a los alumnos que estudian en el plantel.

Les enseñan a utilizar las herramientas tecnologicas a los alumnos.
Conclusión.
HERRAMIENTAS TECNOLOGICAS.
Las herramientas tecnológicas juegan un papel muy importante en la educación, ya que los alumnos desarrollan temas de investigación a través de la innovación tecnológica con el uso de celulares. Les sirve como medio de comunicación así como para sus actividades que los profesores les dejan por realizar.
propuesta de intervención para reducir brechas digitales .
Mejorar el acceso a Internet mediante la expansión de la infraestructura, promover la asequibilidad y la disponibilidad de dispositivos tecnológicos, y fomentar el desarrollo de habilidades digitales a través de programas educativos y de capacitación.
Cabe destacar que la dotación de infraestructura tecnológica es la base que hace posible integrar el uso de las TIC en las escuelas, pero no es el objetivo final del proceso de informatización del sistema escolar.
