Option 1: Multimedia Character Analysis Portfolio
Requirements:
- Create a digital or physical portfolio about a chosen character
- Include:
- Character timeline
- Psychological profile
- 3 significant quotes with analysis
- Character transformation illustration
- Length: 4-5 pages
- Presentation format: Digital slideshow or handmade portfolio
Option 2: You be the playwright
Requirements:- Rewrite a key scene in a contemporary setting - Maintain original themes and character dynamics - 3-5 page script - Reflection paragraph explaining artistic choices
Option 3: Thematic Research Essay
Requirements:- Analyze a major theme (love, conflict, fate) - Textual evidence from play - Compare theme to modern real-world context - 5-paragraph academic essay - Minimum 3 scholarly sources
Option 4: Performance-Based Project
Requirements:- Dramatic monologue from character's perspective
- 2-3 minute performance
- Written reflection on character motivation
- Costume or prop element
