Day 1 – Smile & Greet Say hello or smile at five people around campus — classmates, staff, or strangers. Day 2 – Listen Actively Ask someone how they’re doing and really listen to their answer. Day 3 – Share Gratitude Thank a professor, coach, or friend for something they’ve done recently. Day 4 – Include Others Invite someone new to sit with you at lunch, study, or hang out. Day 5 – Write a Note Leave an encouraging message on a roommate’s door or classroom board. Day 6 – Help Out Offer to help someone — carry books, open a door, or assist with a project. Day 7 – Reflect & Repeat Take a moment to think: How did showing empathy and kindness change your week?
