al rinnovamento dei tessuti.

Qual è la struttura di un fosfolipide?
I fosfolipidi sono una classe di lipidi formati da una molecola di glicerolo esterificata con due acidi grassi e un gruppo fosfato e ricoprono un ruolo importante nella struttura e nel metabolismo delle cellule.
Insieme ai trigliceridi e al colesterolo sono i principali grassi contenuti nell’organismo umano.
I fosfolipidi sono il maggior costituente delle membrane biologiche e della membrana plasmatica

Le proteine sono composti quaternari costituiti da carbonio, ossigeno, idrogeno e azoto con quantità minori di fosforo, zolfo e ferro. Le proteine sono le macromolecole biologiche più complesse. Hanno le funzioni di regolazione più delicate e specifiche per la vita e la riproduzione degli organismi viventi.
Le funzioni principali delle proteine negli organismi sono:
STRUTTURALE perché danno spessore e resistenza ai tessuti e agli organi;
DIFESA perché agiscono nel sistema immunitario;
TRASPORTO perché si legano a specifici atomi e molecole per veicolarli nell’organismo;
CONTRATTILE perché determinano il movimento delle cellule.
Le proteine sono polimeri nei quali gli amminoacidi sono ripiegati su se stessi più volte e aggregati ad altre catene o ad altre molecole non proteiche.
IL DNA
L'acido desossiribonucleico o deossiribonucleico (sigla DNA, dall'inglese DeoxyriboNucleic Acid[1][2][3]) è l'acido nucleico che contiene le informazioni genetiche per lo sviluppo, l'omeostasi e la riproduzione di tutti gli esseri viventi conosciuti. Costituisce inoltre la molecola base del funzionamento di una piccola minoranza dei virus.[4]
