Cosa sono le BIOTECNOLOGIE?

Le Biotecnologie sono l'applicazione della tecnologia ai sistemi viventi, utilizzando organismi, cellule, o parti di essi, per sviluppare prodotti e processi utili, che spaziano dai farmaci ai biocarburanti, dal cibo all'ambiente.
