L’acqua, l’elemento della vita
Ciao Giulia!Oggi parliamo di una cosa che conosci benissimo, perché la usi ogni giorno: l’acqua.
Che cos’è l’acqua? L’acqua è una sostanza speciale: non ha colore, non ha odore, non ha sapore. Se guardi un bicchiere pieno di acqua, vedi che sembra vuoto… ma in realtà dentro c’è qualcosa di preziosissimo. Senza acqua non potremmo vivere: né noi, né gli animali, né le piante.
L’acqua può cambiare forma, ma resta sempre la stessa. Quando è ghiaccio è solida ❄️. Nel bicchiere è liquida 💧. Se la scaldi diventa vapore, cioè un gas ☁️. 👉 Quindi l’acqua ha 3 stati: solido, liquido e gassoso.

Immagina di avere un bicchiere pieno d’acqua e di metterci dentro un uovo. Se l’acqua è normale, l’uovo affonda. Se aggiungiamo tanto sale e mescoliamo, l’acqua diventa più “pesante” e l’uovo galleggia. Questo ci mostra che l’acqua può cambiare “forza” a seconda di quello che contiene.
Stati fisici dell’acqua
L’acqua può trovarsi in tre stati fisici:
Solido → ghiaccio, sotto 0 °C.
Liquido → acqua che beviamo, tra 0 °C e 100 °C.
Gassoso → vapore, oltre 100 °C.
Questo cambiamento si chiama passaggio di stato. Da solido a liquido: fusione. Da liquido a gas: evaporazione. Da gas a liquido: condensazione (la rugiada del mattino).
4. L’acqua sulla Terra Circa il 71% della superficie terrestre è coperto d’acqua. Il 97% è acqua salata (oceani e mari). Solo il 3% è acqua dolce, e gran parte è nei ghiacciai. 👉 Questo vuol dire che l’acqua potabile è pochissima e va protetta.
5. L’acqua per la vita Tutti gli esseri viventi hanno bisogno d’acqua. Il corpo umano è formato per circa il 60-70% di acqua. Senza acqua non esiste la fotosintesi, quindi non esiste ossigeno e non esiste vita sulla Terra.
