ViReal4STEM donosi dva snažna resursa za nastavnike i učenike:
- ViReal4STEM VR aplikacija: Razvijamo inovativnu aplikaciju virtualne stvarnosti koja će inspirirati mlade učenike (u dobi od 13 do 18 godina), posebno djevojke, da se zamisle u STEM karijerama. Ova imerzivna platforma omogućit će korisnicima istraživanje različitih STEM disciplina i zanimanja na zanimljiv i interaktivan način, potičući samopouzdanje i strast prema budućim mogućnostima.
- Pedagoški okvir za inkluzivno STEM obrazovanje: Kako bismo podržali nastavnike, razvijamo sveobuhvatan okvir ispunjen inovativnim resursima i primjerima dobre prakse. Ovaj vodič osnažit će nastavnike u srednjim školama da provode rodno inkluzivnu STEM nastavu, osiguravajući da njihovi razredi budu ravnopravni i inspirativni za svakog učenika, bez obzira na spol ili podrijetlo.

ViReal4STEM ofrecerá dos potentes recursos para profesorado y estudiantes::
- La aplicación de realidad virtual ViReal4STEM Estamos diseñando una innovadora aplicación de realidad virtual para inspirar a jóvenes estudiantes (de entre 13 y 18 años), especialmente a las chicas, a imaginarse a sí mismos en carreras relacionadas con las ciencias, la tecnología, la ingeniería y las matemáticas (STEM). Esta plataforma inmersiva permitirá a los usuarios explorar diversas disciplinas y profesiones STEM de una manera atractiva e interactiva, lo que les ayudará a ganar confianza y despertar su pasión por las posibilidades futuras.
- Un marco pedagógico para la educación STEM inclusivaCon el fin de apoyar a los educadores, estamos desarrollando un marco integral repleto de recursos innovadores y mejores prácticas. Esta guía capacitará a los profesores de secundaria para implementar una enseñanza STEM inclusiva en materia de género, garantizando que sus aulas sean equitativas e inspiradoras para todos los alumnos, independientemente de su género o procedencia.

Το ViReal4STEM θα παραδώσει δύο αξιοσημείωτους πόρους για εκπαιδευτικούς και μαθητές:
- Την εφαρμογή VR ViReal4STEM. Σχεδιάζουμε μια καινοτόμο εφαρμογή Εικονικής Πραγματικότητας για να εμπνεύσουμε νέους μαθητές (ηλικίας 13-18 ετών), ιδιαίτερα κορίτσια, να φανταστούν τον εαυτό τους σε σταδιοδρομίες μέσα στο και από το STEM. Αυτή η πλατφόρμα εμβύθισης θα επιτρέψει στους χρήστες να εξερευνήσουν διάφορους κλάδους και επαγγέλματα STEM με έναν ελκυστικό, διαδραστικό τρόπο, βοηθώντας στην οικοδόμηση αυτοπεποίθησης και στη δημιούργια ενός υγιούς πάθους για τη δυνατότητα ενασχόλησης μελλοντικά.
- Ένα Παιδαγωγικό Πλαίσιο για Συμπεριληπτική Εκπαίδευση στο STEM.Για να υποστηρίξουμε τους εκπαιδευτικούς, αναπτύσσουμε ένα ολοκληρωμένο πλαίσιο γεμάτο με καινοτόμους πόρους και βέλτιστες πρακτικές. Αυτός ο οδηγός θα ενδυναμώσει τους δασκάλους δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης να εφαρμόσουν τη διδασκαλία STEM συμπεριληπτικά όσον αφορά το φύλο, εξασφαλίζοντας ότι οι τάξεις τους θα προάγονται από ισοτιμία και θα εμπνέουν κάθε μαθητή, ανεξαρτήτως φύλου ή υπόβαθρου.

Projekt ViReal4STEM suočava se s važnim izazovom: promicanjem istinske uključivosti i jednakosti u STEM obrazovanju. Unatoč napretku u rodnoj ravnopravnosti, značajne razlike i dalje postoje u STEM karijerama. Ovaj projekt izravno odgovara na te izazove poticanjem većeg angažmana, motivacije i dugoročnog uspjeha svih učenika, s posebnim naglaskom na osnaživanje djevojaka i drugih nedovoljno zastupljenih skupina.

El proyecto ViReal4STEM aborda un reto fundamental: promover la verdadera inclusión y equidad en la educación STEM. Aunque se han logrado avances en materia de igualdad de género, siguen existiendo importantes disparidades en las carreras STEM. Este proyecto aborda directamente estas deficiencias fomentando una mayor participación, motivación y éxito a largo plazo para todos los estudiantes, con especial atención al empoderamiento de las niñas y otros grupos infrarrepresentados.

Resumen del proyecto
El proyecto ViReal4STEM aborda un reto fundamental: promover la verdadera inclusión y equidad en la educación STEM. Aunque se han logrado avances en materia de igualdad de género, siguen existiendo importantes disparidades en las carreras STEM. Este proyecto aborda directamente estas deficiencias fomentando una mayor participación, motivación y éxito a largo plazo para todos los estudiantes, con especial atención al empoderamiento de las niñas y otros grupos infrarrepresentados.

Project Overview
The ViReal4STEM project is tackling a critical challenge: promoting true inclusivity and equity in STEM education. While there has been progress in gender equality, significant disparities remain in STEM careers. This project directly addresses these gaps by fostering greater engagement, motivation, and long-term success for all students, with a special focus on empowering girls and other underrepresented groups.
