The Policy Tab allows you to do many things such as change the mailing address, make payment plan changes, and add a cancellation date to cancel a policy. Click the button below to learn more!

Navigate to the Insureds Tab to find a full list of insureds on the policy. Click the button below to learn more!

Make sure to hover over each to learn more about changes you can make on the Policy Tab. NOTE: As CSRs, you do not have access to the Credit Score Field in PAD.

This tab is primarily used for name changes and to add and delete insureds. In addition, you can add clauses. Make sure to hover over each to learn more about changes you can make on the Insureds Tab. Once you've reviewed all information, click Next Activity below.

You can use the buttons along the bottom of the screen to interact with policies.

  • Browse/Change button brings you to the Policy Tab to begin making changes to the selected policy
  • Delete button clears out selected policies
  • Create button allows Agents/AAs to create new policies (CSRs do not have access to this feature)
  • Diary button lets you jot down notes related to a selected policy
