Complex Course Update Requests

Please submit a request through the CFDIL Support Request Form for support with complex updates. Examples include:

• Major assignment or content changes that affect sequencing or updates throughout the site;
• Multimedia updates or modifications; and
• Other types of updates that exceed basic editorial or date changes.

eReserves

Submit all course readings and open internet content to the library's eReserves & Library Reserves (reserves@jhu.edu) service to have material organized by assignment week, date, or topic for students to access in your Canvas course section.

Association Deadline

After you finalize your updates in your Canvas Blueprint, submit your Semester Course Prep: Faculty Certification form. This alerts the CFDIL team that your Bueprint is ready for association to the course section.

• Updates made to the Blueprint will not appear in the course section until a certification form is submitted.
• Please do not copy content from one course section into another course section. Doing so will bypass critical updates that carry over via the blueprint association process.
