When you hover over a row, a pencil icon will appear next to items you can edit. Click the icon, and a pop-up window will open for you to make changes.

Removing Auto-Itemization Claim Items

Only remove items that are not actual invoice items, like a “thank you” note, instructions, or anything not listed on the invoice (i.e. the auto-itemization program made up an extracted data point) If an item isn’t covered (like food or toys) but does appear on the invoice, leave it and mark it as a custom item. To remove something, check the box next to it and click 'Remove Non-Item' it will then be taken out and won’t show up in later review steps.

Adding an Item

If there's an item that should have been extracted from the invoice and was not, please add it within this section. Remember even if its an item that is not eligible for coverage (like presription food) you still need to add it.
