Most presenters at in-person workshops were satisfied with the hotel accommodations (94%), catering (94%), and presentation space (77%).
Despite the overall success of virtual workshops, there were some Zoom glitches and delays in material arrivals.
Community Engagement: Presenters agreed that their group contributed to a genuine learning community, showing a strong collaborative spirit among participants.
Participant Engagement: Presenters noted that participants demonstrated a very high level of engagement and satisfaction with the course content and learning environment.
Receptiveness to Content: A large majority of presenters agreed that participants were extremely receptive to the content, finding it relevant and engaging.
leads were highly effective across all key areas of their role.
Areas for growth included:
- Providing earlier communication to groups
- Offering slightly more structured debriefs
- Expanding resource sharing.
Leads received exceptionally high marks for both communication and logistical support.
Presenters found coaching and post-observation feedback to be valuable.
