At Partners In Health, we strive to be inclusive, participatory, and transparent in our organizational decision making. We recognize that this can be complex and difficult in an organization comprised of over 17,000 employees across 12 countries. Yet even as OnePIH continues to grow, we remain committed to centering our organizational choices on our patients, to uplifting the lived experiences of the communities we serve, and to modeling equity, diversity, and inclusion within our organization.
