2. ORTOGRAPHIC RULES FOR THE 3rd PERSON SINGULAR AFFIRMATIVE

For most of the verbs, you normally add an -s at the end of the verb: Laugh: laughs → She laughs very loud Dance: dances → She dances very well Play: plays → He plays football every Saturday

Only with He/She/It!!!!

Verbs ending in consonant + -y, your change the -y for an -i and add -es: Cry: cries → He cries with onions

Verbs ending in -ss, -ch, -sh, -x, -o, you just add -es: Kiss: Kisses → She watches TV after homework

Only in affirmative!!!!
