Concept

A set of progressive exercises that prepare the body for physical activity by increasing body temperature and heart rate, and mobilizing large muscle groups and joints.

Porpuses of warm up
  • To prepare the body to carry out intense physical activities
  • Preventing and avoiding muscle and joint injuries.

3. INCREASE MUSCULAR TEMPERATURE. Este aumento de la temperatura muscular hace que el trabajo de nuestros músculos sea más efectivo y no sufran con el ejercicio. 4. STRENGTHENING OF TENDONS, LIGAMENTS AND MUSCLE MEMBRANES.

1. INCREASE HEART RATE (pulsaciones): Con este aumento se lleva mayor cantidad de sangre con nutrientes y oxígeno a los músculos fundamental para producir energía (movimiento). 2. INCREASE BREATHING FREQUENCY AND AMPLITUDE. Nos permite incorporar m ayor cantidad de oxígeno en nuestro cuerpo para que llegue a los músculos y eliminemos el dióxido de carbono que es resultante de la respiración.
