📍 S’Illiot, Mallorca (Spain)
🗓️ 35 days Erasmus Internship (18/06/2025-25/07/2025)Goal:
Improve our professional and language skills through real work experience.

What did we do?
I worked as receptionists with my friend
At the Amena Mar Hotel (where we also stayed)
Two shifts:
• 9:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 19:00
We switched weekly!
Main Tasks:
- Check-in & check-out - Welcoming guests
- Providing hotel information - Handling basic IT tasks (thanks to my ECDL skills)
Improving skills...

Language skills
We used both English and Spanish every day.
Improved fluency, vocabulary, and confidence
Personal Growth
I improved my: • Communication with international guests • Problem-solving under pressure • Adaptability to real-life work situations • Confidence at the front desk
Challenges & Solutions...
Not everything went as planned…
But I stayed calm, analyzed the problem, and found quick solutions.
These moments helped me grow the most!
Final Thoughts...
I feel truly satisfied with this experience.It pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me real-world skills I’ll carry into the future.
