O que são Direitos de autor?

• Direitos de autor são direitos legais que protegem criações intelectuais originais de domínio literário, científico e artístico, como livros, músicas, filmes e esculturas.
• Conferem ao criador a titularidade de um conjunto de autorizações exclusivas sobre a sua obra, incluindo direitos morais (como o de ser reconhecido como autor) e direitos patrimoniais (como o de explorar economicamente a obra).
• O titular pode decidir quem mais pode usar, reproduzir ou distribuir a sua criação

O que são as Linceças Creative Commons?

• As Licenças Creative Commons (CC) são licenças públicas e padronizadas que permitem aos criadores partilhar as suas obras protegidas por direitos de autor, ao mesmo tempo que cedem alguns direitos ao público, como a cópia, distribuição e uso para criar novas obras, sob condições específicas. Estas licenças utilizam um conjunto de símbolos e termos simples para indicar que tipo de uso é permitido
