As described in SOP-00468 section 9, senior leaders generally do not need to train on work instructions. There may also be other folks in your department (such as administrative assistants or coordinators) who will never use the equipment and do not need the training. We want to ensure every learner has the training they need to do their job in a safe and compliant manner, but not waste precious time assigning training that does not add value.
