Theory

Charles Darwin theory is that: some species have different variations, some species have competition, some species have different traits to help them survive, the species that survive have a high chance of their offspring having the same traits, and if this keeps happening repeatedly the species might have different traits and there will be one or two of that old version of that species and the evolved ones will become more unique (evolution).

Charles Darwin
Charles Darwin was a famous scientist and is famous for his theory about evolution. He first started by boarding a ship called the HMS Beagle for a five-year voyage to collect plants, animals and to study rocks samples. He was amazed by the amount of species he saw on his journey. He visted the Galápagos Islands and while he was studying rocks he took notes ( species, adaptation, climate changes) and soon that will change how people thought about the world. Darwin visted many islands and he noticed that although many islands have the same animals they all have different species and they are all adapted to their enveirment. When he went back to England ( where he lives) to figure out why the species have variations place to place.

Charles Darwin revealled his theory about natural selection and in the following year, he published On The Origin Of Species – a book that would change the world. In conclusion Charles Darwin's theory changed how people thought about the world.
