The challenge

As COVID-19 shifted consumer spending online, many retailers had to quickly pivot to digital operations. With such a rapid scale up, many businesses were potentially vulnerable to fraudulent activity – especially those that had not implemented security features. Emailage, a LexisNexis Risk Solutions company specialising in fraud prevention and risk management, was keen to demonstrate the importance of security in e-commerce to improve brand awareness and position themselves as thought leaders.

The solution

To help Emailage reach its audience, we created Emailage’s first fully integrated marketing campaign for the EMEA region, centred around a groundbreaking report. We used a three-phase engagement model to nurture prospects through the sales cycle, with the report at its core. This enabled Isoline to develop data-driven, insightful information and content on current consumer sentiment that positioned Emailage as an expert in a field quickly gaining relevance.
