What is professional engagement?
Teachers’ commitment to supporting pupils’ overall development, collaborating with families and the school community, and pursuing continuous professional growth.
It also includes the safe, responsible, and critical use of digital technologies to ensure effective practice and protect pupils’ digital rights.

It enables teachers to reflect on their use of digital tools to improve teaching and contribute to the school’s digital strategy
Keeping teachers’ digital skills up to date across 3 areas: content, technology, and pedagogy, known as TPACK.
Helps teachers improve methods, innovate, and contribute to the school’s digital strategy.
