The Academy is an online eLearning platform with an ever growing list of interactive multimedia courses designed by inhouse experts to meet your needs. When you receive an email inviting you to join, follow the instructions to create a username and password and set up your profile!

NetSuite is a cloud-based business applications software publisher designed to enable our company to run our group of businesses from a single platform. Here you will be able to submit and approve PO’s for you and your team. It also has other various financial pieces you will be looped in on. Your Netsuite Login & Password: provided after you start

Tableau Software is our data visualization software focused on business intelligence. We use is in several ways across our retail and Wholesale Divisions. Your Tableau Login & Password: provided after you start

TimeEscape is where you can book your holiday, view your pay slips, clock in and clock out for your shifts.

Your TimeEscape login & password details will be sent to your work email next week. If you have any issues logging in, please inform your Manager or Payroll Manager for further assistance.
PAYROLL
Each pay period is the 16th of the month to the 15th of the following month. You will be paid monthly on the 26th of each month for the previous pay period unless:
- If the 26th lands on a Weekend or Holiday Monday, then the payment will show up in your account on the Friday prior
- For December, you will be paid the on December 23rd
- Payments will be made by direct deposit
HOW TO VIEW YOUR PAYSLIPS - cLICK HERE
For Example: Let's say a new team member started on June 20th. All hours worked between June 20th and July 15th will be paid on July 26th.
