Q3 was a very strong quarter.
Revenue reached €3.2 million, above our €3.0M target and up from €2.8M last year. We gained 18 new clients, exceeding the target of 15 and last year’s 12. Operationally, we also outperformed benchmarks:
Project completion rate: 94% vs 89% industry average. Client retention: 92%, up from 88% last quarter. Team utilization: 87%, slightly above our 85% target. These results confirm strong growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Our business is still concentrated: 65% in Spain, 25% in Italy, 10% in France, which increases risk. We also face intense competition from TechConsult Europe, Digital Partners, and SmartSolution Group, particularly outside Spain.
