L'accompagnement à l'orientation constitue un enjeu majeur du pilotage et de la politique éducative dans chaque établissement. Il mobilise l’ensemble des acteurs, au service d’un parcours personnalisé et ambitieux pour chaque élève. Chaque établissement élabore un Plan Pluriannuel d'Orientation (PPO), qui définit une stratégie cohérente en matière d’orientation. Ce plan a pour objectif de proposer un parcours structuré et progressif, permettant aux élèves de développer des compétences pour s'orienter, de la 3e au lycée. Il repose sur un diagnostic établi par l’équipe éducative, afin de mettre en place des actions pédagogiques claires et adaptées. Les données présentées dans ce document, intitulé « REPÈRES POUR L’ORIENTATION – BILAN PRÉBAC », reflètent les résultats de la campagne d’orientation et d’affectation 2024. Elles peuvent être mises en perspective avec celles de chaque établissement pour affiner la définition d’une stratégie adaptée. Il est important d’adopter une lecture attentive, dynamique et critique de ces statistiques avant de les utiliser dans des actions de conseil et de prospective aux différents niveaux du territoire. L’accompagnement à l’orientation est un défi collectif, et l’équipe de la DRAIO reste disponible pour vous soutenir dans cette mission.
