1. Remove Plastic film encasing the panel* 2. Apply four 4” strips of 3M VHB Tape along the outer center of the panel. 3. Using the other end of an X-Acto knife, apply firm pressure to tape. 4. Make a stack of finished panels to the side of the work station
If the metal drill guide appear to loosen or shift from the plastic frame:
- Stop drilling immediately.
- Using a mallet, gently tap the metal guides flush with the frame.
- Allow 10 minutes for cooling.
- Apply drill-guide grease to reduce friction.
- Test on the next panel.

1. Put on safety gloves. 2. Place panel on the work surface 3. Using left-turn snips, carefully round all four corners. 4. Ensure each corner is smooth and aesthetically pleasing (uneven cuts are not acceptable)
