Create or optimize a Google Business Profile to include essential business information.
Activity
When you’re looking for a restaurant, store, or service, how often do you check Google first? How do you feel when the information is missing or outdated?

Claim your Google Business Profile if you haven’t already.

Review what’s there—look at your description, hours, contact info, and photos.

Add optimizations—like posting updates, answering FAQs, or encouraging reviews. This isn’t about being perfect today, but about making sure families can see accurate and welcoming information when they search for you.

Use this calendar to sketch out one month of posts. Think of themes families would enjoy: daily activities, healthy meals, special events, or reminders about enrollment. Don’t worry about perfect captions—just write the idea. By the end, you’ll have a ready-to-go plan that makes posting easier and more consistent.
