"Welcome, medical professionals! Late one night at Missoury Hospital, while coding emergency room cases, you stumble upon a mysterious employee file from 1931. As you begin to comb through the pages, the lights flicker, and you find yourself trapped in the hospital's medical records room. The only way to escape? Decode the cryptic medical files left behind by a ghostly former medical coder, “Bonaparte” who refuses to let anyone leave until they prove their coding expertise. Can you crack the skeletal system codes and diagnoses to earn your freedom?"

Chief Complaint: Right lower leg pain and swelliAAng after a fall.History of Present Illness: This 45-year-old female, presented to the emergency department after a fall. According to the patient, she was standing near the top of the staircase outside of the medical records department when a large hanging Halloween decoration unexpectedly swung past her out of nowhere in the still hallway, and struck her on the head. Startled, she lost her balance, fell backward down approximately 8 steps, and landed awkwardly on her right leg. She experienced sharp pain in the lower leg with swelling and difficulty bearing weight. Denies loss of consciousness Physical Exam: Alert and oriented, mild occipital tenderness. Extremities: Right leg swelling and tenderness over the distal fibula; bruising present; unable to bear weight. Neurovascular: Intact distal pulses and sensation in the foot. Head/Neck: No signs of trauma; no neurological deficits. Diagnostics: X-ray of right leg shows transverse fracture of the distal fibula without displacement. CT Head shows no intracranial injury or skull fracture. Diagnosis: Closed, non-displaced distal fibular fracture.
