En conclusion, mon stage m’a permis d’apprendre de nombreuses choses, aussi bien sur le plan professionnel que personnel. Cette expérience m’a montré que les personnes âgées sont très différentes des enfants et qu’elles ont des besoins, un rythme et des attentes spécifiques. J’ai appris à expliquer les choses de manière simple et adaptée à des personnes pouvant être plus ou moins en difficulté, à faire preuve de patience et à répéter si nécessaire. Ce stage m’a également appris à être à l’écoute de leur vécu, de leurs histoires de vie et de leurs émotions, tout en respectant leur intimité et en leur laissant de l’espace. J’ai compris l’importance de la communication, de la bienveillance et du respect dans la relation avec les personnes âgées. De plus, cette expérience m’a permis de gagner en confiance, de développer mon sens des responsabilités et de mieux travailler en équipe avec les professionnels. Enfin, ce stage a été très enrichissant et m’a permis de mieux comprendre le métier, tout en me donnant une vision plus humaine du monde du travail.
