Why I chose this book?
I have chosen Tom Sawyer because I enjoy reading novels, and this one is engaging and enjoyable. The story is fun and full of adventures, which keeps my attention while I read. I also like how the book shows daily life and society in 19th-century America through the eyes of a young boy. The language is clear, the chapters are short, and the characters are interesting, so it is a novel that I can follow without difficulty. For these reasons, I think Tom Sawyer is a good book for me to read.

Tom Sawyer belongs to 19th-century American literature, a time when writers wanted to show real life and real people. Authors focused on daily activities, simple situations, and the problems of society. They usually wrote in clear language so that many people could understand their books. This period also shows the growing identity of the United States, with its small towns, rivers, and traditions. Tom Sawyer reflects this through its realistic setting, its lively characters, and the adventures of a young boy in a small American town.
