Prehistory
These are 5 technological inventions from prehistory:-Spears (500,000 BC): The spear is used for hunting, killing animals and also self-defense. -Axes (250,000 BC): The axe was used for chopping wood, hitting things and even building -Oil lamps (50,000 BC): Oil lamps were used for lighting; they were like prehistoric light bulbs. They were also used to illuminate caves, etc. -Cave paintings (45,000 BC): Cave paintings were used to recount events, perform rituals, and perhaps even leave traces. They were used with dra wings -Basketry (12,000 BC): A basket was used to store things like food, tools, clothes etc.
Ancient Age
-Guitar (1000 BC): The guitar is used to make music and also to compose. -Soap (2800 BC): The soap is used to clean our bodies, our hands and dirty things. -Scissors (1500 BC): Scissors are used to easily cut things and they are mostly used to cut paper, hair, food etc. -Sword (2,300 BC): The swords were used to defend, fight and mostly the warriors had it. -Coin (1750 BC): The coins is used to pay things, buy things and they were from gold or silver
Middle Age
-The printing press (8th century): Its used for copying books and also fast texts. -The glass windows (Became popular): Glass windows are used in houses to see whats outside and also to protect. -Glasses (13th centuy): Glasses are used for people that don't see very well. -Mechanical clock (1300): Mechanical rock is used to know the time at the moment precisely -The astrolabe and the quadrant: Its used to navigate and know where you are situated. It was like a GPS.
Modern Age
-Telescopic (1609): The telescopic is used to look at things that are very far. -Thermometer (1593): The thermometer is used to measure temperature. -Lightning rod (1752): This is used to protect buildings from rays. It attracts the ray and then it goes to the ground -Hot air ballon (1783): Hot air ballon is used to fly in the air using hot air. -Steam engine (1712): Steam engine is used to move machines by making steam.
Contemporary Age
-Calculator (1833): A calculator is used to do the math, basically solve mathematical operations-Insuline (1921): Insuline is a medicine to control the sugar on your body. Mostly people with diabetes use this. -Mobile phone (1983): Nowadays is used to comunicate with other friends and family. And it has other uses like search things etc. -Microwave (1967): Microwave is used to heat food -Plane (1877): The plane is used to go to another place in a very fast way like other countries.
