We have found out our Fitness Center: isn’t empty after dark… They say it’s haunted—not by ghosts, but by the bad habits of lifters past: poor form, forgotten safety rules, unsecured weights… the careless choices that turned strength into screams. Today, you and your team have been locked inside, and the only way out is to face the mistakes of those who came before you.
