  • Hi Marley is a third-party system our Adjusters use to communicate with insureds who have reported a claim.
  • Customers can contact their insurance adjuster via text message.
    • To receive communication via SMS, they’ll need to provide consent by responding “YES” when they receive a message from their adjuster using Hi Marley.

This is the initial opt-in message the customer receives: "Hi ___. Thank you for reporting your claim to NC Farm Bureau. Your claim number is ___. Please reply YES to agree to the terms and privacy policy (himarley.com/tp). Msg and data rates may apply. Msg req varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out." Once they opt in, they get this message: "Your claim representative handling claim number ___ is ___. You can text your representative here, contact them by email at ___@ncfbins.com, or call ___.___ will message you shortly to assist with this claim. In the meantime, feel free to text any photos related to your claim."
