What is On the shelf?

The shelf in my room would be labeled with colors. I would stray from using labels with red. Red is known to be an upsetting color. The top of the shelf would be labeled "How are you feeling?" Each shelf would then be labeled with an emotion, and one would say, "I don't know."In each cube would be fidgets and tools that could assist with the given emotion.

How do you feel today?

I would create this in such a way that is not digital for the top of the shelf. A bucket for each emotion. The student would place objects given to them in the bin in which their emotions match.
