Instructions for whole body
“Step a little to the left/right.” → Muévete un poco a la izquierda/derecha. “Take half a step forward/back.” → Da medio paso adelante/atrás. “Stand tall, straighten your back.” → Ponte derecho, endereza la espalda. “Shift your weight onto one leg.” → Apoya tu peso en una pierna. “Cross your legs slightly.” → Cruza las piernas ligeramente.
Shoulders and Torso
“Turn your shoulders toward me.” → Gira los hombros hacia mí. “Angle your body just a little.” → Inclínate un poco el cuerpo. “Lean slightly forward.” → Inclínate un poco hacia adelante. “Twist at the waist, not the shoulders.” → Gira desde la cintura, no desde los hombros. “Relax your shoulders.” → Relaja los hombros.
Arms and Hands
“Relax your hands.” → Relaja las manos. “Put one hand in your pocket.” → Mete una mano en el bolsillo. “Rest your hand on your hip.” → Apoya la mano en la cadera. “Cross your arms.” → Cruza los brazos. “Let your arms fall naturally.” → Deja caer los brazos de manera natural.
Head
“Tilt your head up/down.” → Inclina la cabeza hacia arriba/abajo. “Turn your head slightly to the left/right.” → Gira la cabeza ligeramente a la izquierda/derecha. “Chin up just a little.” → Sube un poquito la barbilla. “Chin down for a softer look.” → Baja la barbilla para un gesto más suave. “Keep your head straight.” → Mantén la cabeza recta.
Glance
“Look straight at the camera.” → Mira directamente a la cámara. “Look slightly above the lens.” → Mira un poco por encima del lente. “Look off to the side.” → Mira hacia un lado. “Eyes down, but keep your face up.” → Ojos hacia abajo, pero la cara arriba. “Give me a soft gaze.” → Dame una mirada suave. “Smile with your eyes.” → Sonríe con los ojos.
