Scheduling a Reassessment or Make-Up Summative
- Who and what you need to know to reassess:
Anyone who scores below 83% on a summative assessment (test, project, etc.).
You get one chance to reassess each summative.
- What’s the highest grade you can earn?
A B (83%) — your original score stays in Canvas comments for reference.

Steps to follow for reassessment
- Complete all related classwork on time.
- Submit the Reassessment Request Form within 2 school days of getting your grade.
- Meet with your teacher and complete a learning plan within 3 school days.
- Take the reassessment within 2 more school days (or as scheduled).
- All reassessments must be done before the trimester ends.
