There are multiple ways to contact the teachers! You can write an email, call, send an Edio Chat, or set up a virtual meeting! Find the team's information to the right!

Middle School Instructional Schedule

All students should have ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies and two of the following four specials: Health & PE, Music, Art, Career Planning. Students may also have an elective.

EdioGo App for Caretakers

Check out this video!

The EdioGO app for caretakers is available in the app store for iPhone and Android. Use this app to check grades, submit excuses for absences, and communicate with teachers.

Field Trips

There are many field trips offered throughout the school year! Click on the picture below to find the FAQ's. In order to sign up, please click on the "Community" tab in Edio, followed by the "Field Trip" tab.

Attendance and other communication

Log in and out Daily!

CALENDAR: In Edio, your calendar is your class schedule. Class times won't change but teachers may need to cancel class or add activities to it!

ATTENDANCE: You must sign into Edio every school day, Monday-Friday, at least once to be marked present for the day. If you do not log in within 24 hours of a school day, you will be marked absent.

Caretakers have 3 days to submit an excuse in Edio. Click here for a tutorial.

Read and Respond ASAP

CHAT: Your teachers will use chat to contact you often. It is in the bottom left of your Edio screen. If there is a number next to it, you have chats to read.

WEBMAIL: Students, caretakers, and learning coaches receive their own CCA webmail.

Learner Daily Academic Tasks

Zoom Participation:

Edio Lessons:

• You will find your daily lessons to complete on your calendar.
• When you do not complete a lesson by the end of the day, it becomes an overdue.
• Overdues not completed by the end of the year earn a 0%.
• If you do not attend the guided instruction, you must complete the Edio lesson in full. Do not skip questions. Chat your teacher for help.
• If you attend guided instruction, you may skip all questions and submit.

• We expect you to participate in a way you are comfortable 🙂
• In Zoom, your teachers love to see you on camera! (but it is not mandatory).
• In Zoom, your teachers have different ways to answer questions:
• Use your microphone.
• Answer anonymously using the teacher's presentation.
• Use the chat (you can privately chat your teacher).
• If you do not join the Zooms, your teachers love to hear from you in the chat!

I-Ready Benchmarks

iReady benchmarks occur 3 times a year and help your teachers provide individualized learning!

Math: Tuesday 1/13 Reading: Wednesday 1/21

Math: Tuesday 9/16 Reading: Wednesday 9/24

Math: Tuesday 4/14 Reading: Wednesday 4/22

Evening Support Room

• If you are working in the evening hours and need support from a teacher, join the evening support room!
• Available Monday-Thursday from 4-7pm every week.
• Zoom room staffed with middle school teachers ready to support students.

CCA Honor Code

You may not use search engines such as Google to find answers and paste them into Edio.

Consequences include: redoing the work, notification to caretakers, or conferencing with the assistant principal.

You may not copy work from other CCA learners or family members.

1. Visit Comet's Closet
2. Sign in using your Caretaker edio login information.
3. If you have one student enrolled in CCA, you will be automatically assigned to place orders for this student.
4. If you have more than one student enrolled in CCA, you will see each student’s name after you log in. Click on “Manage Student” to the right of the name of the student for whom you want to place an order. (Note: you will see the student’s name at the top of the page).

1. Click on “Home” or the CCA logo at the top left.
2. Choose a category to select an item.
3. When you select an item, be sure to click “Add to cart”.
4. You can select another category from the “Products” drop-down menu or you can check out by clicking on “CART”.
5. When you are viewing your cart, please confirm the items ordered and your shipping address.
6. When you are finished, click on “Place Order”.
7. You will see the order confirmation page and receive a summary of your order via email.
8. If you need assistance during the ordering process, click on “Get Help” at the top right of the page.

I-Ready Benchmarks

• On iReady Benchmark days, no classes are scheduled. Students have the entire day to complete the test.
• You will meet with your homeroom teacher using your calendar to complete the tests.
• Results do not impact school grades and are communicated with families through data chats.
