Clarification Task

• You are the owner of a change notice, and one of your approvers has clarified the change back to you for updates.
• Where should you go to find their requested updates? Select the correct option:
• The Process Tab of the CN.
• The History Tab of the CN.
• Your approver's desk.

You need to rename a QMS SOP or WI.

• Select the correct option to resolve this:
• In the Actions dropdown, select Rename.
• Submit a Help ticket.

Error Message: Required Fields

• You attempted to complete a task but missed filling in at least one required field.
• Follow the snake back.
• Fill in any missing information and then resubmit.

ESI Failure

• You are updating a part and received an ESI failure.
• Select the correct option to resolve this.
• Compare the data in Windchill to the data in SAP, identify the mismatched content and how it should be corrected.
• ESI failures cannot be resolved. Obsolete the part and create a new one.

You are creating an NC and cannot find the part instance in Windchill.

• Select the correct option to resolve this:
• Just put the hold on it in the ERP System and don't document it in Windchill.
• Manually create the part instance in Windchill.
• Keep refreshing, maybe it'll eventually show up.

SNAKES

WINDCHILL SNAKES AND LADDERS INSTRUCTIONS

Players start with a token - which represents each of them - in the initial square and take turns rolling the die. The tokens move according to the numbering on the board, in ascending order. If, at the end of a move, a player lands on a square where a ladder begins, they draw a ladder card and move up the token to the square where it ends. If, on the other hand, they land on a square where a snake's tail begins, they draw a chute/snake card. If they answer the question correctly, they do not need to follow the snake. If they DO NOT answer the question correctly, they move the token down to the square where its head ends. There is a variation where, if a player is six or fewer squares away from the end, they must roll precisely the number needed to reach it. If the number rolled exceeds the number of remaining squares, the player cannot move.

If the player lands on a square where the tail of a snake starts, they go down to a lower square where the headis located.

If the player falls on the bottom of a ladder, they move up to the top square where the ladder ends.
