Prior to going missing, the Associate Commissioner for Strategic Operations left a clue that could lead your team to her whereabouts. You must solve all the missions that appear on the map to find the final clue. Make sure you have a notebook handy to write down any codes you come across. If your team cracks all the codes, you will get the combination that opens the final clue and will, hopefully, help your team solve the mystery of "Where is the Associate Commissioner?"! Good luck!
