Netflix used to focus on DVD rentals by mail but introduced streaming as a side project.Customers shifted to streaming pretty quickly.

TikTok grew super fast during COVID times. Brands and creators began using this app for marketing and content.

A scientist accidently created a weak glue.At first it seemed like a fail but later realised it was perfect for reuseable notes.

Incongruity, according to Peter Drucker, is a source of innovation that comes from a mismatch between expectations and reality. It is a mismatch between what is and what people expect or what should be. These mismatches create friction, frustration, or inefficiency and innovation solves that gap.

Mental health wasnt talked about much. Society became more open to the topic. Apps, therapy platforms etc were created.
