Hello, we are going to present to you the typical food near our home

Le Farci Poitevin

This is a pate made of cooked vegetables wrapped in large cabbages leaves and is often eaten as a starter.

This is a pastry made of goat cheese. It can be eaten cold or hot. Crunchy on top but soft on the inside.
