Manage roles to control access to quantity and short ship data within the Enquire and Check modules.
Instructions for Classic Gold
Instructions for Windows Gold
1. In Classic Gold, navigate to System Management > Security > Personnel Security File 2. Select the Parts App Application User you wish to add or remove QoH or Short Ship Roles to. 3. Press F12 to switch the to the Applications Tab. 4. Press F5 to view roles.
5. Locate PA QoH Viewer. Press F7 to toggle between Yes and No. Set this to Yes if you'd like to see QoH on Parts App or No to restrict this. 6. Locate PA SS Viewer. Set this is to Yes if you'd like to see Short Ship on Parts App or No to restrict this. 7. Press F9 to leave the screen and select Save when prompted to save changes.
