This is where the assembly line happened. We assemble raw materials + tier 1 & 2 components and transform them into finished vehicles. In this process - IMPORTANT - Nissan allocated a % of its production line to aftersales market. Example, if Nissan produce 1000 bumpers, they will allocate 500 extra to AS - Meaning production will not be 1000 but 1500 Same concept with parts that are not Nissan produced, purchasing will secure a contract for production line and aftersales.
Raw Materials : Steel Aliminuim, rubber Tier Suppliers : Tiers 2: Small Parts : Wires, screws, chips... Tier 1: big modules : Engines, seats, braking system...
Cars are transported via ships, trains, and trucks to regional hubs and dealerships.
Cars are sold to customers.

Current challenges as Packaging & QC Coordinator
1 - PPWR - Packaging Proposal waste regulation
2 - Quality Claims
What is PPWR ?
a new EU law aimed at reducing packaging waste and promoting a circular economy. It replaces the older directive and introduces stricter rules on recyclability, reuse, and labeling across all member state

Raw Materials & Tier Suppliers
- The manufacturing process begins with raw materials such as steel, aluminium, and rubber. These materials are then transformed and assembled. Tier 2 suppliers typically provide other parts, such as small parts, wires, screws, and microchips—essential elements that support the functionality of larger systems. Tier 1 suppliers, on the other hand, deliver major modules including engines, seats, and braking systems, which are critical to the overall structure and performance of the product.
