Who am I?

Hello! My name is Tom Larsson and I just began my 12th year as a high school educator. En route to earn my Postmasters Licensure to serve as a principal, I am excited for the opportunity to utilize my leadership skills to help your community grow even stronger than it is. As someone with experience in 4 schools - private, public, large and small - I have led within and beyond the classroom throughout my career. I truly believe that my experience and my leadership vision will strengthen the bonds between educators, staff, students, family members, and other stakeholders. I look forward to explaining how my vision can maintain academic rigor, foster collaboration, ensure accountability, and foster dignity within your community.

An effective and efficient school is one that is both accessible and rigorous for all learners. It is crucial for all educators to meet students where they are and to adequately and appropriately challenge them to reach their potential.
