Our providers must Manage Appointments effectively and See Members to provide high-quality healthcare services.

Manage Transactions

Provider’s experience in managing their transactions with our members and the Plan. Providers confirm member eligibility and benefit details, as well as assess referral and authorization requirements prior to seeing our members and rendering services.

Get Compensated

Providers will submit Claims to the Plan, contact us about Appeals, and request assistance with viewing EOPs (Explanation of Payment).

Earn Incentives

The provider will periodically go through a Performance Review with the Plan to ensure they meet our expectations. As well, the contract is reviewed to ensure the Plan meets the provider’s needs.

Join and Onboard

Provider’s experience in joining the Centene team, the process of getting credentialed to provide their unique services to our members, and the onboarding experience they receive as we develop our professional relationship.
