Today, you are going to become a Shape Detective! Your job is to find shapes, learn their special features, like sides and corners, and discover what makes them unique. By the end of this activity, you will be able to name at least four shapes and describe their sides and corners all by yourself! There are 7 hotspots for you to explore. Click on each hotspot to see the shape description. Read or listen to the description, and then click on the next shape. Look carefully for the magic button! It’s hidden somewhere on the page. When you find and click it, it will take you to a special Shape Detective message! What should you do? Take a piece of paper and draw each shape you see. Next to your drawing, write how many sides and corners it has.
