Let's practice navigating to log into eCIS

From the MA & CHC Enrollment Sharepoint you have 1 options to get to eCIS...

Simply Click an option on the left

You'll select Business Partner Login

eCIS Login - Username

  • On the login screen, use your pre-existing b-account username and password that you applied for.
  • To the right, you will find options if you forget your
    • User ID
    • Password
PRIOR to logging in, make sure that you've completed the registration process...

  • Once the code has been entered, you will be prompted for the type of device that you are using...
  • Since we ar eusing our UPMC desktops/laptops, you should choose "Private Device"

Successful login will bring you to the Home Screen for eCIS

  • Modules are located at the top of your screen for:
    • Standalone
      • Case Address, Contract Number, Payment Name Information
    • History
      • Case History for Eligibility and Demographics

Verification Email

  • When logging into eCIS, you may be sent to this screen after entering your User ID and Password.
  • An email should be sent to your UPMC email account that you registered with.
  • Copy and Paste the Security Code into the box and click Submit
  • The email you receive will be sent by:
    • automatedemailDONOTREPLY@pa.gov
  • Your code should be in RED numbers that you'll copy and paste.
  • This process will happen with you open eCIS in a new web browser that you have not used yet.
