Copy/paste the interaction ID outlined in pink (as seen in the photo above) into the template discussed in the previous card. during the after-call wrap-up screen that automatically appears after each call. However, the after-call work wrap-up is only 7 seconds long, so you need to copy that interaction ID quickly. The interaction ID can also be found during the call.
