What is a lead?

To put it simply, it is a potential business development opportunity. Think of it as an opportunity to sell. It can come in many forms.

In the context of recruitment it could simply be finding an open job we can fill, or evidence that a prospect is rapidly expanding. Leads can be found in a number of different places, and once you have found the lead you need to think about who we approach in order to begin your sales process.
